Total Voting Rights
NewRiver REIT plc has announced its total voting rights as of September 1, 2026. The company's issued share capital comprises 435,969,704 ordinary shares, with 1,347,085 shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders for notification purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules is 434,622,619.

As at 1 September 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 435,969,704 ordinary shares of one penny each with voting rights, of which 1,347,085 ordinary shares are held in the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT).
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 434,622,619.
The above figure of 434,622,619 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
