Total Voting Rights
NewRiver REIT plc has announced its total voting rights as of 31 July 2026, stating that its issued share capital comprises 433,053,442 ordinary shares, with 1,580,558 held in the Employee Benefit Trust. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders for notification purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules is 431,472,884.

As at close of business on 31 July 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 433,053,442 ordinary shares of one penny each with voting rights, of which 1,580,558 ordinary shares are held in the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT).
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 431,472,884.
The above figure of 431,472,884 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
