Result of AGM
NewRiver REIT plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting on July 28, 2026, with strong support from shareholders. Key resolutions included the approval of the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Directors' Remuneration Report, and the declaration of a final dividend of 3.6 pence per ordinary share. Directors were re-elected with substantial 'for' votes, and Forvis Mazars LLP was appointed as the auditor. The Directors of NewRiver are pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 28 July 2026, all of the proposed resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed on a poll. The number of shares voted on the poll are as set out below. Resolutions 1-14 inclusive and resolution 19 were ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 15-18 were special resolutions.
