Dividend Declaration & Scrip Dividend Scheme
NewRiver REIT plc has declared a final dividend of 3.6 pence per share for the year ended 31 March 2026, payable as a Property Income Distribution on 7 August 2026 to shareholders on the register by 19 June 2026. Shareholders have the option to receive new ordinary shares instead of cash through the scrip dividend scheme, with elections to be made by 17 July 2026. The price for new shares under the scrip scheme will be announced prior to the election date.

Dividend Declaration
As announced on 2 June 2026, the NewRiver Board has declared a final dividend of 3.6 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2026. This dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution (PID).
The dividend payment date will be 7 August 2026 and the dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register at close of business on 19 June 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 18 June 2026.
Shareholders can receive additional new ordinary shares in the Company instead of their cash dividend, with no dealing charges or stamp duty incurred, under the Company's scrip dividend scheme. To receive the scrip dividend, shareholders need to make an election ahead of the dividend election date on 17 July 2026.
Details of the price at which the new ordinary shares will be issued will be announced via RNS ahead of the dividend election date. Certificates in respect of the new ordinary shares will be despatched on the dividend payment date.
Scrip Dividend Scheme
To elect to receive additional new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company instead of a cash dividend, shareholders need to log onto www.signalshares.com and follow the instructions. For certificated shareholders, the election will apply to all future relevant dividends unless cancelled. For shareholders who hold their shares in CREST, an election will be required for each relevant dividend.
