Total Voting Rights
NewRiver REIT plc has announced its total voting rights, stating that its issued share capital comprises 433,053,442 ordinary shares, with 2,400,974 shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 430,652,468, which will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 433,053,442 ordinary shares of one penny each with voting rights, of which 2,400,974 ordinary shares are held in the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT).
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 430,652,468.
The above figure of 430,652,468 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
