Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,753,176 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 16 August 2024.
The Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
