Scrip dividend share allotment
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 818,581 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 15 January 2024.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
