Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) (the "Company") announces that it has taken delivery of and cancelled 4,136,578 ordinary shares.
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that following the cancellation of such ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 165,244,983 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each with each share carrying one vote. The Company holds no treasury shares in its own name.
