Result of General Meeting
NIOX Group PLC announced that its General Meeting held on October 21, 2026, saw the Tender Offer Resolution passed with an overwhelming majority, receiving 297,460,912 votes in favour, representing 99.17% of the votes cast. Only 2,502,197 votes, or 0.83%, were cast against the resolution, with a minimal 1,881 votes withheld. The results of the Tender Offer itself are scheduled to be announced on October 22, 2026.

Oxford, UK – 21 October 2026: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX), a medical device company focused on point-of-care FeNO testing for the diagnosis, monitoring and management of asthma and COPD, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Tender Offer Resolution, as set out in the Notice of the General Meeting, was duly passed on a poll of votes. The number of total votes received from Shareholders by the Company were cast as follows:
