New Frontier Minerals Ltd (LSE and ASX: NFM), announces its final results for the year ended 30 June 2026.

Dear Shareholders,

The past financial year has been one of real progress for New Frontier Minerals, as we've built on the transformation of the business we outlined last year. Our projects — the NWQ Copper Project in Queensland, Harts Range in the Northern Territory, and our Pomme asset — have all moved forward, and I'm pleased to update you on where things stand.

In NWQ, our partnership with Austral Resources Australia has continued to develop, with further work done to progress a pathway for our Big One Deposit ore to be processed through Austral's Mt Kelly plant. Our team spent time on the ground at both Big One and Mt Kelly this year, meeting with Austral's operational leadership and working through the technical and logistical steps needed to bring this to fruition. Alongside this development work at Big One, we've continued to look at the adjacent prospects within the broader NWQ package, which we believe hold further potential to extend the project's footprint. We also see encouraging potential at our Eldorado prospect, and we look forward to updating shareholders as that work progresses. We remain focused on unlocking value from Big One and the broader prospects around it.

At Harts Range, our team has continued to follow up on the high-priority target areas identified through our earlier exploration work, with further field results reinforcing the potential of the project. Beyond the immediate targets we've been drilling and sampling, we believe Harts Range holds broader promise as a critical minerals province in its own right. Given the strategic importance of critical minerals to global supply chains, we believe this broader potential is an important part of the Harts Range story and one we intend to keep exploring.

Turning to our Pomme asset, we have been conducting metallurgical test work on material from the project to better understand its processing characteristics. This work is an important step in assessing the pathway to potentially unlocking value from Pomme, and we look forward to sharing further updates with shareholders as this progresses.

None of this progress would be possible without the ongoing support of our shareholders, and on behalf of the Board, I want to thank you for that support, including through our recent capital raising, which continues to provide us the working capital to advance our exploration projects and build value for the Company.
