Holding(s) in Company (Correction)
Nexus Infrastructure PLC has issued a correction regarding a previous notification from Otus Capital Management. Initially, it was reported that Otus Capital Management's holding had reduced to 3.81%, but this was due to a processing error. The company has now been notified that Otus Capital Management's holding remains at 9.979%, and the prior TR1 notification should be disregarded.

On 27 February 2026, it was announced that Otus Capital Management had notified Nexus that its holding in the Company had reduced to 3.81%.
Otus Capital Management has notified the Company that due to a processing error, the notification it provided to the Company was incorrect and that Otus Capital Management's holding is still 9.979%.
Accordingly, the TR1 notification published on 27 February 2026 under RNS No. 7292U should be disregarded.
