Pathos Communications plc, the leading PR technology business, announces that Omar Hamdi, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 160,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of approximately 22.5625 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Hamdi’s interests in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
