Independent non-executive director Mike Ettling steps down after nine years, effective 30 September 2026.

NCC Group plc, (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Company"), announces that after nine years, Mike Ettling, independent non-executive director, will be stepping down from the board of the Company with effect from 30 September 2026.
As a result, Mike will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee. Jennifer Duvalier will therefore join the Audit Committee as an additional member with effect from 1 September 2026.
Chris Stone, Chair commented: "After nine years' service as a non-executive director at NCC Group, I would like to extend the board's thanks to Mike for his excellent work and support throughout his tenure.
