Publication of Final Terms
Nationwide Building Society has published the Final Terms for two Regulated Covered Bond issues under its €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme. The first issue is for £750,000,000 of Series 2026-01 Floating Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due July 2029, and the second is for £1,000,000,000 of Series 2026-02 4.25 per cent. Fixed Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due December 2032. Both issues are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Nationwide Covered Bonds LLP.

- £750,000,000 Series 2026-01 Floating Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due July 2029 irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by Nationwide Covered Bonds LLP under the €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme; and
- £1,000,000,000 4.25 per cent. Series 2026-02 Fixed Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due December 2032 irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by Nationwide Covered Bonds LLP under the €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme.
