Publication of Final Terms
Nationwide Building Society announced the availability of final terms for its issue of regulated covered bonds under its €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme. The issue concerns £500,000,000 4.125 per cent. Series 2025-07 Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due October 2030. These bonds are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by Nationwide Covered Bonds LLP. The full document is available online and has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for inspection.
