Norman Broadbent (LSE AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, announces that Devyani Vaishampayan, independent non-executive director, has notified the Company of her intention to step down from the Board with effect from 5 March 2026, to focus on her other business commitments.
