Northamber PLC (AIM: NAR), a leading value-add Audio Visual & Cyber Security distributor, announces that Ian Kilpatrick will step down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 16 October 2026.
Ian was a co-founder of TCA (Tech Channel Ambassadors), the not-for-profit community interest company that connects industry volunteers with schools seeking to close the IT and tech-skills gap. Ian intends to now concentrate on TCA’s upcoming launch of its IT Channel awareness, and recruitment scheme, for school leavers. Northamber is pleased to confirm that it intends to support TCA as one of its partners.
Ian will continue to work with Northamber as a consultant, with a particular focus on supporting the development of the Company’s cybersecurity business, Renaissance.
Alexander Phillips, Executive Chairman of Northamber, commented:
“We thank Ian for his contribution to the Board and are pleased that Northamber will continue to benefit from his considerable cybersecurity and channel experience.
Ian has a number of commitments outside Northamber, including his work with Tech Channel Ambassadors and this new arrangement will enable him to focus his involvement with Northamber on supporting the continued development of our cybersecurity business and related commercial opportunities.
We look forward to continuing to work closely with Ian in this new capacity.”
