This transaction was made by Forty Two Point Two, a legal entity wholly owned by the Marathon Trust, which is associated with directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) of Ninety One plc and Ninety One Limited, including Hendrik du Toit and Kim McFarland.
