Ninety One plc has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares by Forty Two Point Two, an entity wholly owned by the Marathon Trust and considered an associate of key directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) including Hendrik du Toit and Kim McFarland. The transactions involved the purchase of 42,946 ordinary shares at GBP £2.0957 on November 20, 2025, and 76,988 ordinary shares at GBP £2.0914 on November 21, 2025, all conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
