Adjournment of Annual Meeting to 1 October 2026
MYCELX Technologies Corporation announced the adjournment of its Annual Meeting, originally scheduled for September 17, 2026, due to a lack of quorum. Shareholders cast 11,320,446 votes, representing approximately 46.5 percent of the total issued share capital, all in favour of the proposed resolutions. The meeting has been rescheduled to October 1, 2026, and will be held in Norcross, Georgia, U.S.A.

MYCELX announces that the Annual Meeting convened for 17 September 2026 at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL was opened. However, a quorum was not present in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws, which require the presence (in person or by proxy) of shareholders holding in excess of 50 per cent. of the Company’s total issued share capital.
The Company has received 11,320,446 votes, representing approximately 46.5 per cent. of its total issued share capital, all of which were voted in favour of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual Meeting.
In the absence of a quorum, and in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws, the meeting was adjourned shortly after commencement.
The adjourned Annual Meeting will be held at 1650 International Court, Suite 100, Norcross, Georgia 30093, U.S.A. at 9.00 a.m. (EST) / 2.00p.m. (London time) on 1 October 2026.
