MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, announces the exercise of 5,000 share options by an employee of the Company. These options had an exercise price of 40 p per new ordinary share of NIS 0.01 nominal value ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company will make an application for 5,000 new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. Trading in the New Shares is expected to become effective on or around 3 July 2026.

Following the above, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 88,568,724. The Company holds 2,343,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as at the date of this announcement is therefore 86,225,724, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
