Exercise of Options, PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights

The Non-Executive Chairman exercised options over 6,600,000 ordinary shares at the nominal price of £0.0001, increasing his holding to 71,700,000 shares (2.33% of enlarged voting rights). Admission of the new shares is expected at 8:00 a.m. on or around 4 November 2026, bringing the issued share capital to 3,379,709,460 ordinary shares, with 299,385,458 held in treasury and total voting rights of 3,080,324,002. The exercise was effected outside a trading venue on 29 October 2026.
