The Company has been notified by the Trustee of the Marshalls plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") that, pursuant to an irrevocable instruction given to the Company's broker, Peel Hunt LLP on 08 December 2025, the EBT has purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 172 pence per share (the "EBT Share Purchase").

Following this transaction, the EBT is interested in a total of 83,589 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
