MONY Group PLC has announced that as of 30 September 2026, its total issued share capital comprises 511,634,063 ordinary shares, each with one voting right, and no shares are held in treasury. This figure of 511,634,063 represents the total number of voting rights available in the company and will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that as at 30 September 2026, its capital consists of 511,634,063 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence, each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 511,634,063.
