MONY Group PLC announced that as of June 30, 2026, its total issued share capital comprises 515,959,783 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, with no shares held in treasury. This figure of 515,959,783 voting rights will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that as at 30 June 2026, its capital consists of 515,959,783 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence, each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 515,959,783.
