Director/PDMR Shareholding
On May 11, 2026, Mony Group PLC announced that persons discharging managerial responsibilities received conditional awards of ordinary shares under the 2026 Hybrid Long-Term Incentive Plan. CEO Peter Duffy was awarded 513,321 shares, CFO Niall McBride received 307,831 shares, Michael Phillips was granted 171,513 shares, Lis Barton received 161,406 shares, Lisa Townsend was awarded 153,145 shares, Matt Cresswell received 143,655 shares, Marcus Herbert was granted 78,154 shares, and Matt Whittle received 77,641 shares. These awards were made for no consideration and will vest on March 30, 2029.

On 11 May 2026, conditional awards over ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") for no consideration were made under the 2026 MONY Group PLC Hybrid Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to persons discharging managerial responsibilities as detailed below.
