Mkango Releases Q1 2026 Results
Mkango Resources Limited has released its financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the three-month period ending March 31, 2026. The company's corporate strategy focuses on becoming a leader in recycled rare earth magnets, alloys, and oxides through its interest in Maginito Limited, which is 79.4% owned by Mkango, and developing new sustainable sources of critical rare earth elements. Mkango also holds a 100% interest in the Songwe Hill rare earths project in Malawi and the proposed Puławy rare earths separation plant in Poland, both designated as Strategic Projects under the EU Critical Raw Materials Act. Songwe Hill has secured US$4.6 million in reimbursable funding for Front End Engineering and Design from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation.
