Midwich Group PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for the adoption of the 2025 annual accounts, re-election of directors, auditor re-appointment, and the proposed final dividend of 3.5p per ordinary share. Resolutions concerning director remuneration and share allotment also received substantial backing, though the disapplication of pre-emption rights saw a higher percentage of votes against, with 5.21% opposing. The company also received approval for a general authority to make market purchases of its own shares, though a significant portion of votes were withheld for this resolution.
