Director Holdings
Manx Financial Group PLC has announced updated director holdings following the allotment of new ordinary shares from a scrip dividend and bonus issue, resulting in a total issued share capital of 124,981,767 ordinary shares. Jim Mellon's total holding is now 22,719,760 shares, representing 18.18% of the issued share capital, while Gregory Bailey holds 18,835,724 shares, or 15.07%. Douglas Grant's interest stands at 3,372,638 shares (2.70%), and James Smeed and Haseeb Qureshi each hold 505,854 shares (0.40%).

Further to the Company's announcement of 10 August 2026 regarding the issue of 591,740 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Scrip Dividend and 1,439,301 Additional Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue, the Company now announces the resulting holdings of certain Directors and PDMRs following allotment of those shares.
As set out in the earlier announcement, the Company's issued share capital following the issue of the New Shares and Additional Shares consists of 124,981,767 Ordinary Shares of no-par value, each with voting rights. The Directors' and PDMRs' updated interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares are set out below.

1 Burnbrae Limited holds 20,364,522 Ordinary Shares. Burnbrae Limited is 100% beneficially owned by Jim Mellon. Denham Eke, Executive Vice-Chairman of MFG, is also a director of Burnbrae Limited. Vidacos Nominees Limited also holds 2,355,238 Ordinary Shares as nominee for Jim Mellon.
2 Vidacos Nominees Limited holds 18,835,724 Ordinary Shares as nominee for Gregory Bailey.
3 Douglas Grant holds 3.372,638 Ordinary Shares in his SIPP.
