Appointment of Chair
Tortilla Mexican Grill PLC has announced the appointment of Duncan Garrood as Non-Executive Chair, following regulatory and due diligence checks by Panmure Liberum. This appointment is effective immediately and follows a previous announcement on December 1, 2025. No further disclosures are required under the AIM Rules for Companies.

Tortilla Mexican Grill PLC ("Tortilla" or the "Group"), the largest and most successful fast-casual Mexican restaurant group in Europe, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 1 December 2025, Duncan Garrood has been appointed to the Board of Directors as Non-Executive Chair.
This follows the completion of all required regulatory and due diligence checks by Panmure Liberum, the Company's Nominated Adviser.
There are no further disclosures required in accordance with Rule 17 or Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
