Direct investment portfolio cash receipts update
Mercia Asset Management PLC has announced receiving approximately £1 million in realization proceeds over the past six months from three former direct investments: Impression Technologies Ltd (£0.3 million), LM Technologies Ltd (£0.1 million), and Fortis Frontier PLC (£0.6 million). While individually not material, these receipts represent a positive cash inflow and underscore the Group's strategy of realizing value from its direct investment portfolio.

Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused private asset manager with over £2.0billion of assets under management, notes that the Group has received c.£1million of realisation proceeds in the last six months, from three of the Group's former direct investments.
This comprises:

Whilst these receipts are not material individually, collectively they do represent positive cash inflow to Mercia and reflect the Group's focus on realising value from the direct investment portfolio.
