Mears Group PLC has announced that its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 have been made available to shareholders and are accessible on the company's website. The AGM will be held on 3 June 2026 at 12:30pm at Panmure Liberum's offices in London. Copies of these documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for viewing.

The Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (the "2026 Notice of Meeting") have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.
The 2025 Annual Report and 2026 Notice of Meeting are also available on the Company's website at https://www.mearsgroup.co.uk in the Investors section.
The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held at the offices of Panmure Liberum, Level 12 Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY, on 3 June 2026 at 12:30pm. Details of the resolutions proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice.
In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, a copy of the 2025 Annual Report, 2026 Notice of Meeting, and form of Proxy are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
