In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, ME Group hereby notifies the market that as at close of business on 5 May 2026, assuming settlement and cancellation of shares purchased before the date of this announcement under the Company's share-buyback programme (launched on 23 March 2026), the Company's issued share capital consisted of 376,253,486 ordinary shares of 0.5p each.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 376,253,486. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company does not hold any of its shares in treasury.
