In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, ME Group hereby notifies the market that as of close of business yesterday:
- The total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 378,454,879 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
- The Company holds a total of 2,036,454 in treasury (with no voting rights for such period as they are so held.)
- The Company's issued share capital not held in treasury consists of 376,418,425 Ordinary Shares.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 376,418,425 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
