Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

ME Group announces that on 13 October 2023, it purchased 136,691 of its ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") into treasury. These shares were purchased at an average price of £ 1.51 each.

As a result of the above:

• the aggregate percentage of the Company's Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 0.189%;
• the total number of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares is 377,741,109; and

596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (withdrawal) Act 2018.
