Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

ME Group announces that on 5 October 2023, purchased 30,315 of its ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") into treasury. These shares were purchased at an average price of £1.49 each.

As a result of the above:

• the aggregate percentage of the Company's Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 0.12%;
• the total number of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares is 378,014,491; and

596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (withdrawal) Act 2018.
