In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, ME Group hereby notifies the market that as of today, the Company's issued share capital consists of 378,044,806 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,044,806. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company holds 410,073 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
