Confirmation of Resignation of Deloitte LLP
Deloitte LLP's resignation as auditor took effect on 19 September 2025; company seeking replacement.

As stated in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and in its 2025 Notice of AGM, Deloitte LLP had previously notified the Company of its intention to resign as auditor following the release of the 2025 Half Year results. Those results were released on 9 September 2025.
In accordance with s.520(2) of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Act"), the Company announces that it has now received a statutory statement under s.519 of the Act from Deloitte LLP confirming their resignation as auditor of the Company. Deloitte LLP's resignation as the Company's auditor took effect on 19 September 2025.
The Company is working to engage a new auditor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
