The Company will today post the following documents to shareholders who have elected to receive communications in printed form:
- 2024 Annual Report
- 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
- Proxy Form for the 2024 AGM.

The AGM will be held at 2.00pm on Tuesday, 12 November 2024 at Arbeta, 11 Northampton Road, Manchester, M40 5BP.
