Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM:MBH.L), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, together with the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, are available for viewing on the Company's website, http://www.mbhplc.co.uk/investor-relations, and have been posted to those shareholders that have elected to receive a hard copy.
The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at the offices of Burges Salmon LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF on Thursday 15 May 2025 at 10.30 a.m. Details of the resolutions proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
