The Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 28 September 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM"). Copies of the documents are available to view or download from the Marston's PLC website: https://www.marstonspubs.co.uk/investors/results-presentations/
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00am on 21 January 2025 at The Farmhouse at Mackworth, 60 Ashbourne Road, Derby DE22 4LY.
Copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
- 2024 Annual Report and Accounts;
- Notice of AGM; and
- Proxy form for the 2025 AGM.
A condensed set of the Company's financial statements and information on important events that occurred during the financial year and their impact on the financial statements were included in the Company's preliminary results announcement on 3 December 2024.
