Manolete Partners PLC announces the appointment of Marcia Shekerdemian KC as a Non-Executive Director, effective March 31, 2026, bringing extensive expertise in insolvency and company law, and she will chair the Remuneration Committee. Manolete is delighted to announce the appointment of Marcia Shekerdemian KC to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 March 2026.
Marcia is a leading barrister in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency, company and partnership law as well as commercial litigation. She sat in the High Court as a Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge from 2000 to 2025, and remains in private practice as a barrister as a member of Wilberforce Chambers. Marcia will join the Audit Committee and chair the Remuneration Committee.
She will replace Dr. Stephen Baister on the Board, who will step down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the same date. Stephen will continue to provide consultancy to the Company.
