Result of General Meeting
Maintel Holdings Plc announced that all resolutions presented at its General Meeting on July 23, 2026, were passed by shareholders. Resolution 1, concerning the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025, received 100% of votes cast. The Directors' Remuneration Report was approved with 96.85% of votes for, while the Directors' Remuneration Policy saw 74.80% in favour. RSM UK Audit LLP was re-appointed as auditor with 99.78% of votes, and directors were authorised to determine audit fees with 100% approval. The total voting rights as of the meeting date were 18,731,037 ordinary shares.
