Mineral & Financial Investments Limited announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on January 19, 2026, were passed by poll. The annual accounts, re-appointment of auditors, and re-election of James E. Lesser as Director all received unanimous approval with 100% of votes cast in favour. Resolutions concerning the authority to allot shares and pre-emption rights were approved with 99.27% of votes in favour, while the share buy-back authority also passed with 100% of votes cast.

Mineral & Financial Investments Ltd.'s, a Cayman Island Corporation, which invests in and finances natural resource companies and assets, with a particular emphasis on mineral assets, advises that at the Annual general Meeting of Shareholders held today, that the resolutions put to the Meeting were passed following a poll.
