Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (LSE: MAB1), a leading technology-driven UK property finance service, announces the following changes to its Board.

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Board Appointment

Further to the Company’s announcement on 29 June 2026, Jo Stent will be appointed Group Chief Financial Officer and to the Board as an executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2026. Her appointment to certain roles within the Group’s regulated businesses remains subject to FCA approval, and the Company will make a further announcement as appropriate.

Jo joined MAB as Group Chief Financial Officer Designate on 6 July 2026 and has since worked alongside Emilie McCarthy to ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities.

Emilie McCarthy will step down as Group Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of the Company on 30 September 2026 and will leave the Group on that date.

Resignation of Nathan Imlach as a Director

At the same time, the Company announces that Nathan Imlach has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2026. As a result, Nathan will also cease to be a member of the Nomination Committee on the same date.
