James Latham plc announced that the Trustees of its Employee Benefits Trust acquired 20,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1048.0p per share, bringing the EBT's total holding to 46,347 ordinary shares, representing 0.23 per cent. of the Company's Total Voting Rights. These shares are held for the benefit of employees and may be allocated to directors in the future, with potential for further market purchases by the independent Trustee to meet future EBT requirements.

The resultant shareholding of the EBT is 46,347 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23 per cent. of the Company's Total Voting Rights. These shares are not allocated to specific employees, although some of the shares may in future be allocated to directors.
