Director/PDMR Shareholding
LSL Property Services plc announced that on September 7, 2026, its Group CEO Adam Castleton purchased 56 ordinary shares for £2.696 each and received 11 matching shares at no cost, increasing his total holding to 202,345 shares. PDMR Paul Hardy bought 56 shares at £2.696 each and received 12 matching shares, bringing his total to 69,555 shares, while Group CRO Saad Hassanuddin acquired 56 shares at £2.696 each and received 11 matching shares, with his total holding now at 1,160 shares. These transactions occurred under the LSL Share Incentive Plan, with LSL contributing an additional share for every five purchased by the PDMR.

These transactions relate to the investment of monthly contributions into the LSL Share Incentive Plan (‘SIP’) at a cost of £2.696 per share, with LSL funding the additional purchase of one share for every five purchased by the PDMR (for no consideration). MUFG Corporate Markets Trustee Limited, the SIP Trustees, manage these transactions alongside the purchase of shares for other LSL SIP participants.
