The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following the repurchase of these ordinary shares, the Company holds 6,516,809 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 98,642,1411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) with voting rights. To the extent that further ordinary shares are repurchased under the programme, these will also be held in treasury. The Company's total issued ordinary share capital (including treasury shares) comprises 105,158,950 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.2 pence each.
