Total Voting Rights

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following the repurchase of these ordinary shares, the Company holds 6,386,809 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 98,772,1411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) with voting rights.
