Director/PDMR Shareholding
On August 6, 2026, LSL Property Services PLC announced that on August 5, 2026, Group CEO Adam Castleton purchased 60 ordinary shares for £2.4822 each and received 12 matching shares at no cost, bringing his total holding to 202,278 shares. PDMR Paul Hardy also purchased 60 shares at £2.4822 and received 12 matching shares, with his total holding, including closely associated persons, reaching 69,487 shares. Group CRO Saad Hassanuddin similarly acquired 60 shares at £2.4822 and received 12 matching shares, increasing his holding to 1,093 shares. These transactions occurred under the LSL Share Incentive Plan on the London Stock Exchange.

These transactions relate to the investment of monthly contributions into the LSL Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') at a cost of £2.4822 per share, with LSL funding the additional purchase of one share for every five purchased by the PDMR (for no consideration). MUFG Corporate Markets Trustee Limited, the SIP Trustees, manage these transactions alongside the purchase of shares for other LSL SIP participants.
